Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah faction is to boycott a “national conference” being held in the Syrian capital this week, the radical groups organising the event said yesterday. Talal Naji told a news conference that Fatah, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine were all boycotting the three-day conference starting tomorrow.
