Thousands of textile workers armed with sticks and stones clashed with police in the Bangladesh capital Dhaka for a second day on Tuesday, demanding higher pay and overtime payments. Witnesses said at least 50 workers were injured in running battles with police, but the protesters vowed not to pull back unless authorities and factory owners accepted their demand. Full Story
