Four killed in fresh attacks in India's northeast: police
Four people were killed and five injured in two separate militant attacks in India’s northeastern Assam state in the latest separatist violence there, officials said. Militants of the outlawed separatist outfit Dima Haolam Daogah (DHD) attacked a power facility about 300 kilometers (180 miles) south of Assam’s main city of Guwahati, triggering a gun battle late Monday.
