Putin appoints 'nationalist' Rogozin as Russia's NATO envoy

President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Dmitry Rogozin, an outspoken nationalist ex-lawmaker, as Russia’s permanent envoy to NATO, the Kremlin press service said on Thursday.
