A top official from the India-based Institute for Conflict Management says a rise in terror attacks in India could result in a security crisis for many years. Ajai Sahni, executive director of the New Delhi-based Institute for Conflict Management, says terrorism has been supported by fundamentalist Islamic groups in South Asia, including India, for years.
