Investigators have uncovered evidence of links between three bungled car bombs in London and Glasgow and the prominent Sunni insurgent group Al-Qaeda in Iraq, US media said Friday. The findings suggest that the pair of failed car bomb attacks in London followed by a gas-laden Jeep ramming into Glasgow airport in late June may have marked the first time the group struck outside the Middle East, the New York Times said.
