Philippine security forces have arrested a fourth suspect in a bomb attack at the Congress building that killed four people, including a Muslim lawmaker, Manila’s police chief said on Tuesday. Roberto Rosales said a man suspected of assembling the bomb to assassinate Congressman Wahab Akbar was arrested during a raid at an apartment in the capital’s Malate district on Monday night, where traces of explosives were also found.
