The death toll from a powerful bomb blast in the Philippine House of Representatives rose to four Wednesday when an aide died from his wounds, local television reports said. The aide to Congressman Wahab Akbar died in hospital from wounds sustained in Tuesday’s blast. Three other people, among them Akbar, have died from the blast. Full Story
