The number of racist attacks in Russia continues to rise annually, with 60 people killed this year, a Russian human rights group said Saturday as Russian President Vladimir Putin again called on police to combat xenophobia. “Those who propagate ideas of nationalism and xenophobia and religious intolerance must be firmly warded off.
