Several thousand people have gathered in front of Georgian parliament on the second day of protests demanding early parliamentary elections next spring and the release of political prisoners. The Georgian leadership has extended the term of parliament to five years and set parliamentary elections for next fall. The government has also denied that Georgia has any political prisoners.
