German authorities have arrested a Sudanese man on suspicion of spying on dissidents living abroad. The 39-year-old is alleged to have given the Sudanese government information about opposition activists and dissidents living in Germany. The man, whose name has not been given, was arrested on Saturday in Berlin, prosecutors told the AP news agency.
