Russian forces detained two men in the southern republic of Ingushetia on Wednesday in connection with the blowing up of a train between Moscow and St Petersburg in August, the Interfax news agency reported. “While checking documents the two rebels were arrested,” Interfax quoted an unidentified security source as saying. “They are suspected of blowing up the Moscow-St Petersburg train.” Full Story
