Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said he would convene crisis talks with top military and government officials at 8 pm (1700 GMT) on Sunday after Kurdish rebels killed at least 13 soldiers near the Iraqi border. “We will reach a decision after those talks on what kind of steps to take next,” Erdogan said in televised remarks.
