Romania’s foreign minister on Saturday accused Moldova of committing a “hostile act” by denying entry to eight Romanian officials seeking to attend a religious celebration in the Moldovan capital. The Romanians were stopped late Friday by Moldovan border officials who said they did not have copies of their original invitations. Romanian citizens do not require visas or invitations to visit Moldova. Full Story
