Opposition leader Ernest Bai Koroma holds a commanding lead in Sierra Leone’s presidential runoff with three-quarters of the vote counted. Koroma had 60 percent of the 1,427,280 votes tallied so far, while Vice President Solomon Berewa of the ruling party had 40 percent, electoral commission chief Christiana Thorpe told reporters on Thursday.
