Sierra Leone votes on Saturday in a presidential runoff pitting opposition frontrunner Ernest Bai Koroma against Vice-President Soloman Berewa, amid fears electoral violence could mar a slow recovery from civil war. Rival groups of former combatants have clashed with guns and machetes since the Aug. 11 first round, which Koroma of the All People’s Congress (APC) won with 44 percent.
