Election laws have been changed in the Palestinian territories to allow President Mahmoud Abbas to boost his Fatah party against rivals Hamas. Voting districts will be eliminated under the new law. Previously half the seats were chosen on a national list and the other half by districts, where Hamas had its biggest successes. Full Story
