Ten soldiers were killed in a clash with leftist rebels in western Colombia, the army reported. Five more were missing. Army chief Gen. Mario Montoya said the fighting between troops and guerrillas belonging to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC, started before dawn Sunday on a mountain pass 11,480 feet above sea level, near the town of Pijao.
