The United Nations says the Netherlands has agreed to host the international tribunal that will try suspects in the killing of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. U.N. spokeswoman, Michele Montas said Friday that Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende wrote U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon saying the Netherlands is “favorably disposed” to hosting the tribunal. Full Story
