A French court on Wednesday ordered a priest and a political official suspected in the 1994 Rwandan genocide freed from jail while they are being investigated. The investigating arm of the Paris appeals court rejected their international arrest warrant and a demand by Rwanda that the men be held. They will remain under watch by law enforcement, because they have been charged in France in connection with the genocide. Full Story
