Spain has arrested a suspected double agent believed to have sold state secrets to a foreign intelligence agency between 2001 and 2004, the National Intelligence Agency (CNI) said on Tuesday. CNI head Alberto Saiz held a news conference on the arrest but declined to identify the country involved. Local media quoted government sources as saying it was Russia. Full Story
