Brazil’s president has announced a series of changes to the national aviation system following the country’s worst-ever air disaster. Speaking for the first time since 191 people died in the crash in Sao Paulo, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva promised his government would take “all measures within our reach to diminish the risk of new tragedies”.
