British police charged a 26-year-old Indian doctor with a terrorism offense Saturday in connection with the failed car bomb attacks in London and Glasgow. The Metropolitan Police said in a news release that Sabeel Ahmed, of Liverpool, had been charged with having information that could prevent an act of terrorism. He was arrested June 30 in Liverpool.
