President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua pledged in Accra, Ghana yesterday that he will reform the nation’s electoral system as soon as the election tribunals conclude their cases and hold credible elections in the country in 2011. Speaking when the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Regional Director for Africa Mr. Gilbert Houngbou visited him during the African Union (AU) summit in the Ghanaian capital, Yar’Adua said his administration was determined to bequeath a legacy of credible elections to the country.
