A UK connection has emerged in the arrest of a suspected Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) agent in Pune, who, according to the police, was to leave for UK this September on Pakistani-sponsored scholarship. Vishalkumar Premshankar Upadhyay (24), a second-year engineering student at a Hadapsar college, was arrested from a lodge on Bhandarkar road on April 8 on charges of supplying information to the ISI.
