Spanish PM rules out talks with ETA after truce rupture
Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero Tuesday ruled out any talks with Basque separatist group ETA, a month after it ended a ceasefire and police unearthed a large amount of explosives. “ETA made an end (to the conflict) through dialogue impossible with its violence.
