Five soldiers were wounded when insurgents exploded a bomb as a military squad of escorts was taking for southern teachers to work in Narathiwat province on Tuesday morning. Police said the bomb, hidden in a metal box and placed in the ceiling of a teacher’s room, was detonated when the security unit was trying to secure the school for the day.
