Scottish police on Monday arrested two more men in connection with attempted car bombings in Glasgow and London, bringing the number of people in custody to seven in a fast-paced investigation of a plot that Prime Minister Gordon Brown said appears linked to al-Qaeda. Police officials said the men, ages 28 and 25, were arrested in Paisley, about ten miles west of Glasgow, near the airport where bombers drove a Jeep Cherokee packed with propane gas through the main entrance on Saturday.
