Three militants died when a bomb they were planting on a road used by the Pakistani army detonated prematurely in a tribal area bordering Afghanistan, officials said. The three were killed at Datta Khel village in the troubled North Waziristan district late Wednesday “while planting an improvised explosive device”, a security official told AFP on Thursday.
