The final appeal hearing for six foreign medics sentenced to death for infecting children with the AIDS virus in Libya opened in a Tripoli courtroom on Wednesday. However, it is believed to be unlikely that a verdict will be issued on Wednesday for the six, who have been held behind bars for more than eight years for a crime they say they did not commit.
