Eritrea dismisses Ethiopia border stance

Eritrea dismissed Ethiopia’s announcement that it has accepted a U.N. commission’s ruling over a disputed town, saying Friday that Ethiopia attached conditions that undermined the spirit of the decision. Eritrea gained independence from Ethiopia in 1993 following a 30-year guerrilla war.
