Army on Thursday recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunitions during search operations at two different places in Kupwara district, a defence spokesman said Acting on a tip off, troops conducted a search operation in Kupwara sector and recovered four AK-assault rifles, 11 magazines, 224 rounds of ammunition, one under barrel grenade launcher (UBGL), 12 UBGL grenades and eight hand grenades, he said.
