A senior Macau government official said on Thursday that Banco Delta Asia had remitted over $20 million of North Korean funds out of Chinese-controlled Macau, adding this was done according to North Korean instructions. “Francis Tam confirmed that Banco Delta Asia has remitted a sum of over US$20 million out of Macau,” a Macau government spokesman said.
