Police ready to implement anti-terror law in July

It’s a thorn in the side of militant groups but the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Tuesday they would be ready to implement the Human Security Act, otherwise known as the Anti-Terrorism Bill, next month. Chief Superintendent German Doria, chief of the PNP’s newly formed human rights unit, said the national police have been holding seminars on the new law to be implemented on July 14. Full Story
