Militants in Nigeria announced Monday they were releasing four Britons, three Americans and other foreign hostages, and authorities were heading to a rendezvous point to take custody of the captives. A message from an e-mail address known to be used by militants said at least 10 foreign hostages would be released to authorities in two restive southern Nigerian oil-producing states. Full Story
