A Chilean state prosecutor will recommended that former Peruvian President Alberto Fujimori should be extradited to Peru to face human rights and corruption charges, judicial sources said on Thursday. State prosecutor Monica Maldonado will make the non-binding recommendation in a report she will hand to Judge Orlando Alvarez later in the day, they said on condition of anonymity. Full Story
