Police in Japan on Saturday seized a small boat carrying four suspected North Korean defectors after it sailed into a northern port, defying Tokyo’s ban on all vessels from the communist state, police said. Police seized the boat and were questioning the three men and a woman at a station in the town of Ajigasawa in Aomori prefecture on the northern tip of Japan’s main island of Honshu. Full Story
