A REGIONAL wing of al-Qaeda has appealed for suicide bombers to join its growing ranks of “martyrdom-seekers” in a video screened on al Jazeera television today. In the video a leader of al-Qaeda Organisation in the Islamic Maghreb, a North African wing of al-Qaeda sometimes known as GSPC, boasted that “the list of martyrdom-seekers has become long and is growing every day”.
