The United States plans to sell more than $500 million worth of ammunition and military equipment to Iraq. The Bush administration has approved an Iraqi request to sell light arms munitions, grenades, explosives and military equipment to the Iraq Army and police. The Defense Department has informed Congress of the proposed sale, which was not expected to be opposed by either the House or Senate. Full Story
