The Ukrainian parliament will not consider the impeachment of President Viktor Yushchenko if the Constitutional Court rules his decision on parliament’s dissolution illegal, the Supreme Rada speaker said Thursday. “If the Constitutional Court decides that the decree [on parliament’s dissolution] is unconstitutional, I think the president will abide by this decision, and I believe the parliament will not consider this [the impeachment] issue,” Oleksandr Moroz told a news conference in Strasbourg.
