Maoist demonstrators displayed the bodies of 25 slain activists in open trucks Friday to protest their killings in Nepal’s restive south. Thousands demonstrated on the streets of the capital Katmandu two days after a fierce battle between the former communist rebels and supporters of an ethnic rights organization left 28 dead and more than 30 wounded in the town of Gaur, about 100 miles south of Katmandu.
