N.Korea nuclear talks head into surprise 4th day

Talks on North Korea’s nuclear program went into an unexpected fourth day on Thursday, with envoys hoping to overcome a deadlock over frozen funds and steer negotiations back toward nuclear disarmament. Since coming to the talks on Monday, North Korea has refused to discuss how to implement a February deal in which it pledged to shut its main nuclear reactor until $25 million freed from a Macau bank is transferred to an account in Beijing.
