Governments in Africa’s volatile Great Lakes region have listed more than 100 people wanted for alleged rebel activities, Rwanda’s foreign minister said on Friday. “Each one of our governments has submitted a list of wanted elements that we need to track down,” Charles Murigande told reporters after a regional security meeting in Kigali.
