Authorities in Western Europe are having a difficult time profiling terrorists as suspects from atypical backgrounds become increasingly more common. The demographics of those being arrested are so diverse that many European counter-terrorism officials and analysts say they have given up trying to predict what kind of people are most likely to become terrorists, The Washington Posts reported.
