A group of anti-globalisation protesters have occupied the Danish consulate in Venice to express support for hundreds of demonstrators arrested during violent clashes in Denmark last week. Italian media quoted Luca Casarini, the group’s spokesman, as saying: “We have occupied this consulate in order to speak directly with the Danish government.” Full Story
