Coordinating efforts to intensify sanctions against Iran in an effort to get it to abandon its nuclear program is the focus of Sunday talks between a senior Israeli and U.S. official. Stuart Levey, the U.S. Treasury’s undersecretary for terrorism and financial intelligence, will meet Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, Israeli media reported Sunday. In addition to Livni, Levey will meet with senior officials in the Mossad secret service agency, the National Security Council and the Atomic Energy Commission, Haaretz and Israel Radio said.
