United Nations envoy Martti Ahtisaari said on Wednesday he did not see any chance of Serbs and ethnic Albanians altering their stands and reaching agreement on Kosovo’s final status. “On the status issue … nothing has indicated that the parties will be moving in a different direction,” he said in Vienna during a break in talks between Serbs and ethnic Albanians.
