Two killed in Thailand’s restive south
uspected Islamic militants shot a teenage boy and burned his body, while a Muslim villager was gunned down in a separate attack in Thailand’s Muslim-majority south, police said Saturday. Police found the charred body of the 19-year-old Buddhist boy, who was shot in the head in Narathiwat, one of three restive southern provinces bordering Malaysia.
