Police said that they have eliminated from their enquiries a man who claimed responsibility for one of a string of recent letter bombings. The man was arrested and detained under the Mental Health Act Friday after telephoning the BBC and claiming he was behind an attack on a business in Wokingham, west of London, on Tuesday. Full Story
