Three persons were wounded in a night attack on Tskhinvali, the capital of Georgia’s breakaway republic of South Ossetia, the head of the republican information and press department said Sunday. South Ossetia declared independence from Georgia following a bloody conflict in 1991-1992 that killed hundreds of people.
